Terms and Conditions - RRN Tow Auctions

1. Eligibility

Sellers (Tow Companies): Must be a licensed towing company. All vehicles must be legally eligible for sale under applicable state lien and impound laws.

Bidders: Must be 18+ with a valid account. All bids are legally binding.

2. Vehicle Listings

Tow companies must provide accurate VIN, condition, title status, and damage disclosure.

3. Bidding

All bids are binding. Highest bid at auction close wins.

4. Title Transfer

Sellers provide proper title documentation. Buyers complete registration in their state.

5. Vehicle Pickup

Winners must arrange pickup within 7 business days. Vehicles sold as-is.
